Resort Safety & House Rules

For the comfort and safety of all guests, please review and observe the following:

• No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for violations.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid loud music, television, or excessive noise during these hours.
• The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset.
• In the event of a fire alarm, immediately use the stairs to exit the building. Stairwells are located at either end of the building.
• Your room door may lock automatically—please ensure you have your key with you before exiting.
• Lost keys will result in a $10 replacement fee.
• No pets are allowed in rooms or anywhere on the property.
• Do not overload electrical circuits by running multiple high-powered appliances at the same time, as this may trip breakers and temporarily disable outlets.
• For safety reasons, do not leave personal items in walkways or common areas, including shoes, beach gear, towels, or other belongings.
• Please report any suspicious or concerning behavior to management or local authorities.
• In case of emergency, dial 911 immediately.
