What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be canceled up to 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. A $25 processing fee will apply to all cancellations.


I did not receive my check-in email. What should I do?

You will receive your automated check-in email with instructions two days prior to your arrival date. If you do not receive it, please contact management for assistance.

 

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets of any kind are not permitted, including emotional support animals.

 

What is the minimum age requirement to book a reservation?

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book and stay at the resort.

 

Can I request a late checkout?

Late checkout requests must be made by contacting management prior to your departure date. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed.

 

Can I request an early check-in?

Early check-in requests must be submitted by contacting management at least two days prior to your arrival date. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Management will provide clear instructions if the request can be accommodated.

 

Where is the laundry room located?

The guest laundry room is located on the second floor near the elevator.

 

What time is check-in?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Please refer to the Arrival Information section of this guidebook for additional details.

 

I can’t connect to the internet. What should I do?

Please refer to the Wi-Fi information placard located in your room or the Wi-Fi section of the guest guidebook for step-by-step instructions.

 

My cable TV is not working. How can I fix it?

Please verify the following:

  • The TV and cable box are both turned on
  • The cable box shows a green power light
  • The TV input is set to HDMI 1 (use the Input or Source button on the remote to select the input or there may be a manual button on the TV)
  • The HDMI cable is securely connected to the HDMI 1 port on the TV
