Arrival
Welcome to the Symphony Beach Club Resort! We are excited to host your stay. Please review the following information to help make your arrival and vacation as smooth as possible.
Before You Arrive
There is no front desk at the resort. We offer a seamless, fully automated check-in process, giving you the flexibility to arrive at your convenience-including late night arrivals.
Check-In Time
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
If you arrive before check-in, we kindly ask that you wait until 3:00 PM to access your condo. However, you’re welcome to start enjoying your vacation by relaxing on the beach while you wait!
Two days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive an automated email containing:
- Your assigned room number.
- A unique 4-digit code for your room’s lockbox.
Your lockbox (small black metal box) is located on the door frame outside your condo.
Accessing Your Room
- Open the outside cover to reveal the keypad.
- Enter your 4-digit code on the lockbox keypad.
- Pull down on the small black lever.
- The lockbox door will open toward you.
- Remove the key and use it in the door handle lock only.
Please do not use the deadbolt for entry, as it is not locked and is not part of the access system.
Close the Lockbox by entering the code again and then pushing the door closed.
Because we are an oceanfront property, humidity and salt air can occasionally cause the door to swell. If the door feels difficult to open, simply pull the door toward you while turning the key.
Starter Supplies
To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter set of:
- Coffee/creamer
- Basic toiletries
- Paper towel
- Dish soap
Depending on the length of your stay, you may wish to purchase additional supplies.
A second set of linen including extra pillows and blanket are available in your room. Look for a large plastic zippered tote usually stored in a closet or shelf.
Towels & Linens (Eco-Friendly Policy)
As an environmentally conscious resort, we aim to reduce water and energy usage while maintaining your comfort. For stays longer than a short visit, we provide towel and linen exchange services upon request rather than automatic daily replacement.
If you need fresh towels or linens during your stay, please feel free to request them—we are happy to assist.
Beach Towels
For your convenience, two beach towels are provided in your condo.
Please use these for the beach and pool, and do not take the white bath towels to the beach.
Parking
- No parking permit is required.
- Please park in any available parking space.
- Trailers are not permitted on the property at any time.
Guest Laundry
The guest laundry room is located on the second floor near the elevator.

ATM
An ATM is conveniently located on the second floor near the elevator.
